Hi, I’m Stephanie, and I’ve been on this clean living journey for over 10 years. My passion for clean eating and healthy living started when my first child began eating solid foods. I remember asking a doctor, “Which food brand is the purest?” and being told, “They’re all good, just stay away from rice bran.” That answer didn’t sit right with me, so I started digging. I began making my own baby food, learning how to properly clean produce, and understanding the differences between organic, non-GMO, and conventional options. I became determined to uncover the truth behind food labels and ingredients.

 

When my second child was born, I thought I was ready—until we discovered his extensive food allergies and a gut microbiome that needed healing. That experience opened my eyes even further, pushing me to dive deeper into the world of clean living. I learned to heal my own body alongside his, explored how food standards differ across countries, and found ways to source the best ingredients here at home.

 

As I continued on this journey, I realized I wasn’t alone. More and more families started reaching out, looking for guidance on how to make healthier, cleaner choices. That’s when I decided to create The Clean Reset. My mission is to empower others to confidently navigate food labels, make informed decisions, and embrace clean living without stress or financial strain.
